Burton Water Salts

Burton Water Salts 1/3 oz.
These water salts harden regular water to make it taste more like the water from the River Trent at Burton. It is a great addition for English pale ales to achieve that "authentic" taste. Included in these water salts is papain, which will help to prevent chill haze.
Usage: 1/3 oz (9.5 g) per 5 gallon batch.
NOTE: If you are doing partial or all grain brewing, add at the start of the mash, or add at the start of the boil for extract brews.
