From Australia, this is the only malt extract in the world produced by an actual brewery for homebrewers. Each kit contains one 3.75 lb can of hopped malt extract, yeast & instructions. Makes 5 gallons of beer. To complete the recipe, add 1-2 lb of Dry Malt Extract (DME) or 1 lb DME + 1 lb corn sugar, then 5 oz. priming sugar for bottling.
Brewmaster Series are top-quality kits packaged with stylistically-appropriate yeast. Wheat kit contains malted barley & malted wheat. Lager kit contains yeast which ferments at ale temperatures.
