From Holland, this fine Dutch malt extract typically has a higher dextrin level so creates more fermentable sugars & may leave more residual sugars. Each kit contains one 4 lb can of hopped malt extract, yeast & instructions. Makes 5 gallons of beer. To complete the recipe, add 1-2 lb of Dry Malt Extract (DME) or 1 lb DME + 1 lb corn sugar, then 5 oz. priming sugar for bottling.
