From the United Kingdom, John Bull offers a complete range of beer kits designed specifically for the U.S. market. Each kit contains one 4 lb can of hopped malt extract, yeast & instructions. Makes 5 gallons of beer. To complete the recipe, add 1-2 lb of Dry Malt Extract (DME) or 1 lb DME + 1 lb corn sugar, then 5 oz. priming sugar for bottling. Wheat Beer contains 55% malted wheat + 45% malted barley. Lager kit contains yeast which ferments at ale temperatures.
