From Ireland, this premium one-of-a-kind malt comes well-recommended by many homebrewers for creating hearty beers. Each kit contains one 4 lb can of hopped malt extract, yeast & instructions. Makes 5 gallons of beer. To complete the recipe, add 1-2 lb. of Dry Malt Extract (DME) or 1 lb DME + 1 lb corn sugar, then 5 oz. priming sugar for bottling. Lager kit contains yeast which ferments at ale temperatures.
