SHIPPING INFO, PAYMENT METHODS, SHIPPING DAMAGES, RETURNS
Bet Mar currently ships only in the United States, and ships all its products by Priority Mail unless the order contains glass and then it is shipped by Federal Express only. There is a surcharge of $5.00 per (2) glass item when shipping glass. True Federal Express shipping charges will be assessed at the time of shipping. We recommend calling prior to placing the online order to figure what the exact shipping costs would be and then doing the order by phone. We generally ship the same day as the order is received unless the order is placed on Saturday and it will ship out on Tuesday as the store is closed on Monday.
All White Labs Yeast will only be shipped out on Tuesday, and Wednesday .
Our secure shopping cart accepts Visa or MasterCard. Our internet is secured and no credit card information is stored. However, you may also call us at 1-803-799-2033, speak with us personally and place your order, pay by credit card and we will ship that day.
We pack carefully & all items leave Bet-Mar Liquid Hobby Shop in as perfect condition as possible and all items are inspected prior to shipping. However, there are times that the shipper ( Postal or Federal Express) may damage an order. If that occurs, within 12 hours of receiving your damaged shipment, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information: Date package received, tracking number, what was broken or not receieved and provide a photo of the damaged items and a photo of the box. Retain the box and broken items for 30 days while Bet Mar files a claim as the shipper may want to personally see the damaged goods which may require you to go to your nearest post office or federal express.
in the event your items are missing from a damaged box follow the same instructions listed for damaged items.
All orders are considered final especially, hydrometers, hops, yeast, grains, books, magazines, any liquid item, or prepackaged beer or wine kits, etc. THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED NON-REFUNDABLE AND NO STORE CREDITS ARE ISSUED We will give a full refund of any unused item as long as they are returned within 3 days of the purchase and your itemized receipt is shown to the cashier. No store refunds or credits will be issued without a current receipt and purchased within 3 days of the return. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!.
If you have ordered a product and we have shipped it and want a return and refund, the same time frame applies but you must notify us via email to email@example.com within the 3 day time perios and the product must not be opened or used. NO EXCEPTIONS!!.
